A Daffy’s gift card is redeemable for merchandise at any Daffy’s store. It is not redeemable or refundable for cash. If your purchase exceeds the amount on the card, you must pay for the excess at the time of purchase. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Daffy’s is not responsible for unauthorized use of cards.
A Daffy’s gift card with a balance never expires. Following each consecutive 24 month period in which the card is not used to make a purchase, there will be a service charge of $2.00 for each succeeding calendar month in which the card is not used to make a purchase. The service fee will cease once the card is used again to make a purchase, but will be charged again if the card is not used for another 24 consecutive months. The service fee will be automatically deducted from the remaining card balance until the balance is fully used or is depleted by the service charge, except where prohibited by applicable law. That is the only fee that will be charged against the card by Daffy’s.
Daffy’s return and exchange policy applies to all gift card purchases. Returns or Exchanges must be made within 14 days, with the receipt and tickets attached as purchased in order to receive a refund in the original form of payment. There are no returns or exchanges on items marked “Final Sale”.
